Todo (トド, Todo, Todo ^?), whose real name is Iris, is a servant of Prince Bonchien and acts as his "chair".

Appearance

Todo has short, light-colored hair and a round body. She disguised herself as a man while serving Prince Bonchien.

Originally she is a girl with blonde hair, blue eyes, and a slim body.

Personality

Todo is a very kind and gentle person who will fight for what she believes in when necessary. She cares deeply for Prince Bonchien and Fushi.

Relationships

Prince Bonchien

At first, their relationship is limited to Todo being Bon's chair, which is a great honor to her. After Fushi tells Bon that Todo "loves" him, Todo gets demoted to "sock manager" which shocks her greatly.

While in imprisonment by the Bennett Church, Todo loses a lot of weight and Bon realizes that she could be the girl he met as a child when he sees her silhouette. Due to this, he immediately recognizes Iris after returning to Uralis Castle. However, due to Iris being unlike he expected (when she had to leave the castle, she thought up an extravagant break-in plan to leave behind a tissue for young Bon), he is in shock and refuses to believe that she is the girl he met. Iris runs off crying and wants to go back to being "Todo" by gaining a lot of weight, arguing that "He seems to be disgusted when I'm thin", but Bon stops her by saying "Remember, the brave warrior Todo is dead."

Later, on the caste roof, Chabo is worried that he will be alone again when Iris goes back to her father and Bon leaves with Fushi. As Iris and Bon assure him that they will take care of him, Chabo says "Almost like a family..." to which Iris responds "Family? No way! This man (Bon) hates me!" After a bit of back and forth, Bon finally apologizes and says "Please stay in the castle forever."

At the end of chapter 116, Bon is in the final moments of his life. Next to his pillow stands Iris, who can be recognized by her hairstyle. As Bon utters his final words, Iris refers to him as "Dear", which indicates that her and Bon became a couple and probably married at some point.

Chabo

Iris and Chabo meet in person for the first time at the Uralis Caste after Fushi freed them from the Bennett Church's imprisonment. With time they grow more and more close. It's not clear if Iris became like a mother to him, but it's definitely possible due to the fact that Bon became like a father to him, which is indicated in chapter 116 when Chabo cries out "Dad!" before Bon says his last words.

Trivia

• Before becoming the Prince's chair, Todo was originally on her way to interview for the position of attendant to the Queen. However, Prince Bon spotted her and hired her to be part of his "chair department".
• Todo is the mysterious girl that young Bon met.
• Her weight gain after meeting young Bon was cause to a great cake shop opening next door.
• Todo's father runs a shop that sells tailoring/sewing materials. Her real name is revealed when her father recognizes her after she enters his shop to look for yarns (chapter 69).
• After being freed from the Bennett Church's imprisonment (and Iris being clearly identifiable as a girl), the name "Todo" is completely abolished.
